Batch 1px Outline (Android)

I've found the reasoning to make another project tool.

This one lets you batch process pixel art and give it a 1px black outline (incase your pixel art didn't already come with.)

I already had a way to outline pixel art upon PC, but now I don't need be at a PC to do outlines :D

Saves output to Pictures/OutlinedImages
